Q1: Are your products real gold or imitation jewelry?

All our products are premium imitation jewelry — gold-plated or gold-tone, with skin-safe metals and anti-tarnish coating. We clearly label materials for every product.

Q2: Will the jewelry cause allergies?

No! All our pieces are nickel-free and skin-safe. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend testing for a few hours first.

Q3: How long will the jewelry last? 

With proper care, our anti-tarnish jewelry can last months to years. Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals for longer life.

Q4: How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
• Keep in a dry, airtight box.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or water.

Q6: How long will delivery take?

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days
• You’ll get a tracking number once shipped.

Q7: Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You can request a return within 3 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Read our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
